1. Shipping area
We currently deliver within the Netherlands. Delivery to Belgium or other countries is possible upon request – please contact us at info@devinita.com.
2. Shipping Costs
Within the Netherlands:

Orders over €75: free shipping
-
Orders under €75: €6.95 shipping costs
3. Pickup:
Free pickup possible by appointment at our address in Amsterdam or Amstelveen.
4. Delivery time
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible:

Ordered before 2 p.m. on weekdays = same-day shipping.

Average delivery time: 1-3 business days.

During holidays or busy periods (such as December), delivery time may be slightly longer.

You will always receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace as soon as your package is on its way.
5. Delivery services
In principle, we ship all our orders via PostNL.
Upon request, we can also use an alternative transport service (such as DHL or UPS) – please contact us before placing your order.
In addition, we occasionally deliver personally to your home, especially for larger orders or within the region. In this case, we will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery time.
6. Responsibility in case of delay / force majeure
Because we depend on third parties such as PostNL, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure situations. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong that is clearly on our side, we will of course be happy to look for a suitable solution.
7. Home delivery & age verification
Orders will be delivered to the address provided. Please note that receipt of alcoholic products is subject to an age check of 18+. Our delivery service and carriers have a policy that when in doubt or younger looking recipients up to 25 years of age will always be asked for identification. Failure to show valid identification will result in the package not being handed over.
8. Not home on delivery?
Is there no one present to accept the package?

The delivery man tries to drop it off at a neighbor’s house.

If it fails, you will receive a message with instructions for a second delivery attempt or pickup point.
9. Breakage or damage upon delivery
Although we pack our wines carefully, in rare cases something can go wrong during transport.
Damage or breakage? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@devinita, with photos of the package and contents.
We always provide a suitable solution: replacement or refund.
10. Returns / Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may return products within 14 days of receipt.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless there is an error or damage for which we are responsible.

Products must be returned unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Wine that has been opened or damaged unfortunately cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.
