110 Oyster 2024 Joaquin is made from 100% Greco, from a vineyard of just over a hectare at 550 meters altitude, located in Montefusco (Avellino).
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After gentle pressing with 6 hours of skin agitation, 55% of the juice ferments in fourth passage oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel. The wine then undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation and three months of bâtonnage.
In the glass, a straw yellow color sparkles with golden reflections. The nose is expressive, with white and yellow-fleshed fruit notes such as peach and apricot, floral hints of chamomile and jasmine, citrus accents and mineral tension. The palate is powerful, structured and lively, with shimmering acidity and a long, salty finish.
