9 Anime I.G.T.

Anime means soul in Italian and the name of this wine, “9 anime” (9 souls), refers to the vineyard where the grapes come from. This is an old vineyard where as many as 9 different grapes grow, one of which is not known (yet). Federico and Andrea’s goal is to let you experience the soul of the vineyard, which is why they used all the grapes from the vineyard to make this amazing wine. The grapes are first picked by hand and then fermentation and maceration of 40 days takes place in Rotary Tonneaux, with backwashing carried out without consuming energy. Finally, aging follows for 1 year in Tonneaux, Barrique and another 1 year in bottle. The 9 Anime has a deep ruby red color. The aromas that emerge in the nose are a combination of red and black fruits, with a hint of peppery spice. On the palate, this wine has a strong and broad attack that is persistent with tight and long-lasting tannins. Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
