“Anime” means soul in Italian, the name of this wine “9 anime” (9 souls) refers to the vineyard where the
grapes come from. This is an old vineyard that grows 9! different grapes, one of which is not known (yet). Federico and Andrea’s goal is to let you experience the soul of the vineyard, which is why they used all the grapes from the vineyard to make this great wine.”

The grapes are first picked by hand and then 40-day fermentation and maceration take place in Rotary Tonneaux, with backwashing carried out without consuming energy. Finally, aging follows for 1 year in Tonneaux, Barrique and 1 year in bottle.
The 9 Anime has a deep ruby red color.
The aromas that appear on the nose are a combination of red fruits and black fruits, with a frame of peppery spice.
On the palate, this wine has a strong and broad attack, which is persistent with tight and long-lasting tannins.
The 9 Anime pairs well with cooked meats and spiced cheeses.
