The grapes are harvested by hand in the second week of October at the cru Montanello in Castiglione Falletto, facing southeast.
The Montanello Riserva has an intense ruby red color.
In the nose it is floral with hints of spices, chocolate and fruit.
This Barolo has a strong character: intense, persistent, full and elegant with savory but light tannins.
