The grapes for Monchiero’s Pernanno Riserva are harvested by hand in the second week of October at the cru Pernanno in Castiglione Falletto, located southeast, obtained from vines older than fifty years. The Pernanno Riserva has an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it is floral with hints of spice, chocolate and fruit. This Barolo has a strong character: intense, persistent, full and elegant with savory but light tannins. Serving temperature: 18-20°C
