The grapes are picked by hand as soon as they are perfectly ripe. This is followed by a slow fermentation with skin contact, which gives the wine depth and structure. The wine is then aged for three years in oak barrels, during which it is regularly crossed over to settle and develop fully.
A ruby red wine that leans toward garnet. The bouquet is intense and ripe, with elegant notes of raspberry and a slight earthy undertone. On the palate it is full, warm and refined, with a soft but present structure.
