The grapes are harvested manually in mid-September, selected and brought to the winery in shallow crates, where the whole bunches are gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at 20°C. The wine then ages for another 6 months in steel barrels and 2 months in bottle.
The wine has a bright yellow color.
The nose is floral with hints of citrus.
The pallet is dry, fresh and mineral with great versatility
This Etna Bianco goes well with fish (tuna) and seafood, white meat, grilled vegetables and soft goat cheese.
