The grapes are hand-harvested and selected in mid-October. The grapes are then brought to the winery in shallow crates, where the whole bunches are gently crushed. Maceration takes place for about a week in steel vats at a temperature of 25-28°C. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats for about 15 months, followed by 3 months of bottle aging.
The color is red with light ruby hues.
The nose is fresh with fruity and floral notes.
On the palate, the Pistus is fruity, fresh, mineral and harmonious with pleasant tannins.
