Gavi D.O.C.G.

This refined Gavi is made from 100% Cortese grapes from Monferrato, a grape variety with ancient roots. The wine is known for its characteristic aroma, lively freshness and perfect balance between dryness and invigorating acidity.

After harvest, the wine matures for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, preserving its pure and expressive character.

In the glass, the Gavi shows a straw yellow color with subtle green reflections.

The nose is seduced with fresh floral notes, complemented by hints of white peach and juicy pear.

On the palette, the wine presents itself elegantly and harmoniously, with lively acidity and a pleasantly dry, balanced finish.
