After harvest, the grapes undergo a short period of skin maceration to extract colour and aromas, followed by fermentation. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and purity, with a brief period of sur lie ageing to add texture and refinement.
A pale-coloured rosé with an intense bouquet of red fruits, almost seductively sweet in expression, characteristic of the Maremma. On the palate, it is soft and rounded, supported by ripe raspberry notes. Fresh acidity and a subtle hint of orange peel bring tension, complexity, and elegance to the wine.
