The grapes are harvested by hand in late September. After the late harvest, they are carefully dried on racks, further concentrating the aromas. A gentle pressing then takes place.
The wine matures for one year in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, maintaining freshness and complexity.
In the glass, a deep, golden yellow color shines with an amber glow. The nose opens with ripe aromas of apricot and fig, followed by notes of honey, a touch of almond and floral hints of jasmine.
