Harvesting takes place in the second lapse of September. The harvest takes place in the second half of September. Once they are picked and became must, the grapes are macerated on the grape skins throughout the fermentation period to obtain the maximum extraction of the color. The aging takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks for six months.
The wine has a ruby red color.
In the nose it is particularly fruity with scents of sour cherries, plums and blackberries with more complex aromas of black pepper, black olives and ink.
Soft and round on the palate, supple and enveloping, full but characterized by a crisp finish thanks to its semi-developed tannins.
The wine is perfect with red meats, elaborate sauces and strong cheeses.
