During two harvests, the ripest grapes were selected manually and harvested between mid-September and early October. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place spontaneously in large wooden barrels and in tonneaux. After aging for 12 months on the coarse lees in the tonneau, the wine aged for another 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling in July 2021.

When poured, the intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections is immediately striking. The bouquet reveals hazelnut aromas mixed with intense exotic fruits such as mango, banana and melon, with delicate wood notes in the background.

On the palate, Schloss Englar's Pinot Blanc Riserva comes into its own with a very persistent, velvety texture, refreshing vibrancy and elegant finesse.

Serving temperature: 10-12° C
