With careful manual selection in the vineyard, the story of this Pinot Noir begins. After spontaneous fermentation in open oak barrels for three weeks, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging in Tonneaux, with the fine lees enriching the wine's complexity. After another 6 months in bottle, this wine reveals its true character.

The Pinot Noir presents itself with a bright ruby color, announcing its full-bodied fruity and earthy aromas. Tasting reveals a fine and sensual red wine, characterized by pleasant fullness and silky elegance. Its balanced fruit and body with fine tannins make for a harmonious experience. With exceptional aging potential, this wine only promises to get better with time.
