This wine was created during a chance and fortunate meeting of a few bunches of red and white grapes on a clear moon night. Although the grapes were originally selected for a precious fine wine, this combination resulted in a unique creation. The wine exhibits an orange color, although theoretically it is not an orange wine due to the use of red grapes, albeit in a very small percentage.
The Prodigium is made according to the vinification process of red wine. The grapes are picked by hand and undergo a long fermentation in contact with the skin. The wine is then aged for 8 months in Tonneau.
It has a very light red color, almost pink.
On the nose, the Prodigium reveals floral notes.
It is a unique and distinct wine with a hearty pallet that features hints of almonds, white flowers, citrus and dried fruit.
