The ripe grapes are harvested by hand and pressed whole with gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16-18 degrees in steel tanks.Then the wine remains in the tank for a certain time to refine on the fine lees before bottling.
This Sauvignon Blanc has a yellow color with greenish reflections.
On opening there are herbaceous aromas such as boxwood flowers, tomato leaves and sage; after an initial axigenation, hints of pineapple, elderberry and sage emerge.
The wine has a good structure in which its freshness is evident and well balanced by the alcohol content.
