First, the grapes are picked by hand, then they are aged in stainless steel for 3-4 months.
The Sauvignon Blanc from Ongaresca has a straw yellow color with light green reflections.
The scent is slightly aromatic with notes of passion fruit, lychee, grapefruit and lime.
Long finish with an acidity that gives freshness with versatility on the nose. The aftertaste is complex and resistant .
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with asparagus, lean starters, soups, risotto and fish dishes.
“Incrocio. Sounds exotic but means nothing but crossing. And not from two highways, but in this case from two grapes. Result of some experiments in the 1930s.
