Sauvignon Blanc IGT

“The Ongaresca winemaker has had a good apprenticeship: Cà dei Maghi (see also there). And he didn’t fool around there. In any case, he paid close attention to the Sauvignon Blanc master class. A flawless bianco thus falls to us. Not that nervous and neurotic. Not that tight and vicious. Finely ripe. Tropical drizzle. Tiny tangerines, passion fruit, juicy as grass and coquettishly wagging acids. Sauvignon blanc in layers.”
