Sovernaja Terre di Sovernaja

Sovernaja I.G.T.

“Sovernaja” is made from the Verdacchio grape, a grape that is completely extinct; except in Federico’s vineyards! As of 2019, Federico and oenologist Andrea made their first and worldwide only 100% Verdacchio wine. Tasting such an exclusive wine is a great experience for any wine lover.”

On the nose, peppermint and cedar peel stand out with hints of officinal herbs such as marjoram and oregano.

Taste impression

The wine comes subtle on the palate and then expands into a decisive and lively sip in which a savory and material volume envelops the pronounced acidity.

Culinary advice

The Sovernaja goes well with oysters, seafood & various pastas.
