Anadûron is the Celtic name of Naturns and means “swamp settlement.” The selection is a tribute to our hometown of Naturns and the Adige Valley. The vineyards are located 900 meters above sea level and it is the selection of the best grapes.
Fermentation in tonneaux, aging in French tonneaux (12 months) and in steel barrels (5 months), followed by bottle aging (31 months).
Taste: orange peel, peach and apricot aroma, round taste and a good finish; acidity and mineral notes.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Weingut Falkenstein
