After harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks, where the wine then continues to age to maintain its freshness and purity. A short aging sur lie adds texture and complexity.

A rich and refreshing Vermentino with an expressive floral aroma, complemented by subtle notes of fresh herbs. Round and lively on the palate, with nice minerality and a slightly salty finish.
