Refund & Return Policy

We aim to deliver your order within three days, no later than five business days. We accept no liability on late delivery.

Returning your order, including shipping costs paid, is always possible, without giving a reason, within 14 days of placing the order. Your payment will be refunded to the account number you provided within 30 days. We use the same means of payment that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge to the consumer. Any return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

If delivery is not made within 30 days, the buyer reserves the right to cancel the order without further cost. However, for pre-sale wines, these can only be delivered after bottling at the respective winery.

Orders can be placed in the webshop from an amount of €30. Webshop orders over € 150,- will be delivered free of charge to one address in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Outside this region, this applies to orders over €350 to a single address within the Netherlands. This applies only to standard orders from the web shop. For personal requests or customized packages, please contact Devinita B.V. Any additional costs will be negotiated.

For webshop orders under € 150, € 4.95 will be charged in Amsterdam and surrounding areas. In the rest of the Netherlands, webshop orders under €350 will be charged €7.25.


To purchase wine from Devinita B.V., you must be at least 18 years old.

Wines are delivered either by Devinita B.V. or by a 3rd distribution party. Upon delivery, you must be able to identify yourself.

Before an order is delivered, you will be contacted via SMS to agree on a delivery time.

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at , we will be happy to assist you here.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn about your return.


To return your product, you must send your product to the address designated by us.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
