I Buongiorno's Fiano grapes are harvested at night during the last ten days of August. The grapes are then gently pressed and the juice is cold clarified. Fermentation lasts 30 days at a temperature of 13-14°C. Finally, the wine matures for three months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

The wine has a yellow color.

In the nose, there is a triumph of sensations and different scents, such as orange blossom and lime blossom.

On the palate, the wine has a refreshing character, reminiscent of the sea breezes that often caress the shores of Puglia during the cooler summer nights.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
