This is the sweet wine of Piedmont, deliciously juicy with an aroma reminiscent of ripe grape bunches. Fresh and elegant, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
Piedmont's moscato grapes bear witness to an ancient history. Slow fermentation, carried out at low temperatures and interrupted once the must reaches 5.5% alcohol, produces a wine that best expresses the aromas, freshness and characteristics of its original grape. After refining for 3 months in stainless steel tanks, this young wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections.
It is intense and fresh, with distinctive flavors of lemon, sage and ginger.
All in all, a fresh and elegant wine with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
