Anise, fennel finesse, soft white fruit, mild acidity, dreamy bitterness and smokiness wafting in. The official salad caprese wine, but be sure to try it with a Wiener schnitzel. It is true that this is not a signature dish in Marche cuisine, but it went well with it. Especially when accompanied by - as it should be - a somewhat sour potato salad."
