The grapes of I Buongiorno's Primitivo are harvested in the last ten days of September. They are then soaked for 5 days at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Fine fermentation then takes place, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

This Primitivo, elegant in its intense ruby red color, reveals in the nose a complex and enduring wine with a delicious aroma of blackcurrants. Its aromatic richness, which opens on the palate with a supple and balanced salinity, is the most distinctive characteristic of this Primitivo.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
