“This wine was born during a chance and fortunate meeting of a few bunches of red and white grapes on a clear moon night. The grapes were selected for a precious fine wine. The wine has an orange color but is theoretically not an orange wine because red grapes were also used (although this is a very small %).”

This wine is made according to the vinification process of red wine. The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a long fermentation in contact with the skin. The wine then matures for 8 months in Tonneau.
A very light red color, almost rosé.
The Prodigium has floral notes in the nose.
A unique and distinct wine with a solid pallet with hints of almonds,
white flowers, citrus and dried fruit.
Raw meat, risottos, beets, but mainly a wine to experiment with.
