Canorei is the ancient name of the vineyard where Tenuta Carretta's Arneis grapes come from. The grapes are first picked by hand. Then the grapes undergo gentle pneumatic pressing in the cellar and then cold maceration for 24 hours at a temperature of 10°C. Fermentation takes place at low temperature (18-20°C) in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is placed in tonneau for at least 12 months, being kept on the fine lees to maintain aromatic complexity and fullness on the palate. Refinement is then completed another 12 months in bottle.

The "Canorei" has a golden yellow color.

In the nose, there are hints of pear, peach and vanilla.

This wine has complexity, good structure, smoothness, balance and perseverance with hints of melon.

Serving temperature: 12-14°C
