The Incrocio Bruni 54 by Finocchi Viticoltori is a tribute to its "creator," Professor Bruni, the grandfather of Maurizio & Marco. Professor Bruni dedicated his life to this grape variety, born of the illustrious parents Verdicchio & Sauvignon, with their unmistakable aromatic notes unique in the wine scene of the Marches.

The grapes for the Incrocio Bruni 54 are hand-picked and then vinification undergoes cold maceration of the grape skin for 2 hours. This is followed by gentle static pressing and cold decantation of the first must, followed by fermentation under controlled temperatures with selected yeasts.

The wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections.

The aroma of the Incrocio Bruni 54 is rich in citrus scents, such as grapefruit, grapefruit peel and orange, accompanied by floral notes such as orange blossom. The typical salty hint of the verdicchio grape completes the aromatic experience.

With a soft attack and important balanced acidity, this wine lends its minerality. The citrus and savory notes linger long in the mouth after drinking this wine.

Serving temperature: 12-14° C
