The freshly ripe grapes are harvested by hand and pressed whole with gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16-18 degrees in steel tanks. The wine remains in the tank for some time to refine on the fine lees before bottling.
Yellow with green reflections.
The nose is characterized by harmonious aromas of hay, mimosa and chamomile, interspersed with hints of almond, exotic fruit and herbs of the Mediterranean maquis.
It is a full-bodied and fresh wine with lots of fruit.
Zibibbo goes well with fish-based dishes.
