At us, Paolo Creazzi & Co. we always strive to break new ground, while at the same time cherishing our strong connection to the land and our rich traditions. The Ammandorlato project embodies this desire and these ideals. At the center is a mythical and unique wine rarely produced by nature, called Blend N°3. This special creation is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina grapes. During the first vintage, Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina Veronese grapes were harvested in years when nature was not favorable for the production of this wine. It wasn’t until the third harvest that Paolo was satisfied with the final result, hence the name Blend N°3. The wine consists of 8 parts Cabernet Sauvignon, dried for 30 days, and 2 parts fresh Corvina Veronese. The grapes then undergo 60 months of aging in barriques and tonneaux. All grapes are picked by hand, a sign of our commitment to perfection. Blend N°3 shines in the glass with its deep ruby color. Upon tasting, the wine reveals a bouquet of ripe, distilled fruit, blackberries, black cocoa, tonka bean and a subtle sweetness of blueberries. On the palate, Blend N°3 presents a dry, flavorful palate with excellent structure, resulting in a wine that can rightly be called “breathtaking.” Be enchanted by Paolo Creazzi’s masterpiece and discover the unique taste experience of Blend N°3. Cà Dei Maghi in Valpolicella is an old family business with an enchanting name that means “house of magic” in Italian. Cà Dei Maghi is located on a picturesque hill in the village of Fumane in Valpolicella. Led by Paolo Creazzi, the winery mainly produces famous red wines, including Valpolicella, Ripasso and Amarone. Noteworthy, however, is also the production of white wines, a rarity in Valpolicella, such as Barabao from the Garganega grape and Camparsi from the Trebbiano. Paolo, in his own unique way, shapes these wines by finding a harmony between tradition and innovation. The result are his unique, highly rated Valpolicellas, Ripasso’s and Amarone’s, which are characterized by their juiciness and clarity. At Paolo, the essence of the grapes is central.
