In the idyllic Camparsi, located in the municipality of Fumane, Paolo Creazzi is committed to rediscovering a special Trebbiano vineyard, once owned by his grandfather and characterized by traditional pergolas. With an average age of 35 years, Ca Dei Maghi’s Camparsi’s Trebbiano grapes embody the country’s rich history. The harvest of Trebbiano grapes at Camparsi is carefully done by hand. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes immediately undergo a processing technique called “cryomaceration,” with Paolo emphasizing the floral olfactory character of the grapes. This method also increases the intensity and complexity of the wine. After this initial treatment, the wine matures for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, optimizing freshness and drinkability. In the glass, the Camparsi presents itself as a full-bodied, brilliant straw yellow wine with brilliant golden reflections. The nose is welcomed by intriguing spring notes of boxwood and geranium, which gradually give way to fruity hints of ripe yellow peach and delicate almond aromas. At the first sip, the Camparsi reveals itself in a decisive, enveloping way, with a dry finish that fills the mouth. The wine enchants with beautiful acidity and subtle minerality, dancing elegantly between structured and refreshing notes. Discover the splendor of Camparsi in every sip, a tribute to the rich past and the promise of the future. Serving temperature: 10-12° C
