The Infrarosso, a unique creation by Devinita in collaboration with Federico and Andrea of Terre di Sovernaja, embodies our core values: sustainability, innovation, elegance and purity.

This wine, made from 80% Trebbiano and 20% Sangiovese grapes, undergoes fermentation and maceration in concrete vats for 14 days, followed by a 7-month aging in French oak.

With an intriguing light red color, the Infrarosso reveals in the nose the characteristics of a red wine.

On the palate, the freshness of a white wine manifests itself, while the Sangiovese grapes provide nice structure and grip.

Serving temperature: 10-12° C

Terre di Sovernaja

Terre di Sovernaja, located in the heart of Tuscany below the picturesque village of San Gimignano, is a farm run by owner Federico Montagnani with the help of winemaker Andrea Pizzolato. Both are good friends of ours. In the past, Terre di Sovernaja was known for their high-quality olive oil and saffron, but today Federico and Andrea produce clean natural wines that reflect the region's unique terroir.
