In the vineyard of Schloss Englar, the grapes are carefully selected by hand, then fermented. Half of the wine undergoes fermentation in oak barrels, while the other half is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for another six months on lees before being blended in April 2022.

The Pinot Blanc "Berg" has a beautiful straw yellow color with pale green reflections.

The wine has a clean and fruity nose, with notes of apricot and peach.

On the palate, the wine presents itself with a light creamy smoothness and mineral finesse, resulting in an elegant and concentrated finish.

Serving temperature: 8-10° C
